そのため、現在時点では企業様以外からの楽曲制作依頼に関するご連絡につきまして、
ご対応できない場合がございます。ご了承ください。
◆即売会イベント時などのCDお取り置き依頼についても、本アドレスまでご連絡ください。
その際は、「名前(HN可)」「イベント名」「日時」「品名」「枚数」を明記ください。
イベント当日は、名前の確認が可能なもの（SNSのマイページなど）を提示ください。
◆各種ご依頼やCDのお取り置きのお問い合わせ以外につきましては、返信いたしかねる場合がございます。

◆We are currently not accepting requests for music production from non-companies. Therefore, at this time, we are unable to reply to any inquiries from non-businesses regarding requests for music production.
◆Please contact us at this address for requests to hold CDs for sale at events. When you contact us, please write your name (HN is acceptable), event name, date and time, item name, and the number of CDs. On the day of the event, please show something that can confirm your name (e.g. your social networking service's My Page).
◆We may not be able to reply to inquiries other than those for various requests and CD layaways.
◆Please understand that we may not be able to reply to your inquiry if it is not in Japanese.
◆ぐちりの制作しております楽曲の諸権利は、一部を除き JASRAC 及び NexTone に信託されております。
楽曲ご利用に関するお問い合わせは、各楽曲の信託されている権利に対応する著作権団体へお願いいたします。
◆各動画サイトにて投稿済みの楽曲および配布している音源の使用につきましては、
クレジットを明記いただくかつ営利目的でない場合に限り、良識の範囲内において
ご利用いただいて構いません。個別のご連絡につきましてはご対応いたしかねます。
◆Content ID を取得している関係上、YouTubeで歌ってみた動画等の収益化は出来ません。
収益化に関するお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
◆二次創作について、お問い合わせ頂いても返信いたしかねます。
良識の範囲内を逸脱するような利用はご遠慮ください。
また、ぐちり作品および投稿動画に使用されている音源やイラストにつきまして、
良識の範囲内を逸脱する無断の転用および転載は固く禁止しております。
使用に関するご連絡を個別にいただきましてもご対応いたしかねます。ご了承ください。
◆SNS等にてぐちり作品のキャラクターを使用したアイコンイラスト(二次創作含む)を設定しての過激な発信、発言はお控えください。
また、ぐちり作品のキャラクターを騙った上での過激な発信、発言につきましてもお控えください。
◆The rights to the music produced by Guchiry are entrusted to JASRAC and NexTone, with some exceptions. For inquiries regarding the use of music, please contact the copyright organization corresponding to the rights of each music piece.
◆You may use the music posted on the video sites or distributed on the video sites within the scope of common sense, as long as the music is not used for commercial purposes and the credit is clearly indicated. We will not be able to respond to individual inquiries.
◆We are not able to monetize videos of me singing on YouTube due to the fact that we have obtained a Content ID. Please refrain from inquiring about monetization.
◆We will not reply to inquiries regarding derivative works. Please refrain from any use that deviates from the bounds of common sense. Unauthorized use or reproduction of sound or illustrations used in Guchiry's works or submitted videos that deviates from the bounds of common sense is strictly prohibited. Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the use of these materials.
◆Please refrain from using icon illustrations (including fan art) using characters from Guchiry's works on SNS and other social networking services, and refrain from making radical statements. Please refrain from making extreme messages or statements by impersonating characters from Guchiry's works.
