　そのため、現在時点では企業様以外からの楽曲制作依頼に関するご連絡につきまして、

◆各種ご依頼以外の問い合わせにつきましては、返信いたしかねる場合がございます。ご了承ください。

◆お問い合わせ内容が日本語でない場合、返信いたしかねる場合がございます。ご了承ください。

◆Subject Line: Please ensure the subject line contains a brief summary of your inquiry.

◆Production Requests: Currently, we are limiting music production requests to corporate clients only. Please be aware that we may be unable to respond to production requests from individuals at this time.

◆General Inquiries: We may not be able to reply to inquiries that are not related to specific work requests.

◆Language: Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries sent in languages other than Japanese.

◆ぐちりの制作しております楽曲の諸権利は、一部を除き JASRAC 及び NexTone に信託されております。
　楽曲ご利用に関するお問い合わせは、各楽曲の信託されている権利に対応する著作権管理団体へお願いいたします。

◆各動画サイトにて投稿済みの楽曲および配布している音源の使用につきましては、
　クレジットを明記いただくかつ営利目的でない場合に限り、良識の範囲内において
　ご利用いただいて構いません。個別のご連絡につきましてはご対応いたしかねます。

◆Content ID を取得している関係上、YouTubeで歌ってみた動画等の収益化は出来ません。
　収益化に関するお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。

◆二次創作について、お問い合わせ頂いても返信いたしかねます。

　また、ぐちり作品および投稿動画に使用されている音源やイラストにつきまして、

◆SNS等にてぐちり作品のキャラクターを使用したアイコンイラスト(二次創作含む)を設定しての過激な発信、発言はお控えください。
　また、ぐちり作品のキャラクターを騙った上での過激な発信、発言につきましてもお控えください。

◆Copyright & Rights Management:
　Most rights to music produced by Guchiry are entrusted to JASRAC and NexTone.
　For inquiries regarding the use of these songs, please contact the respective copyright management organization directly.

◆Usage of Published Music/Audio:
　You are welcome to use songs posted on video platforms or distributed audio files for non-commercial purposes only, provided you include proper credit and stay within the bounds of social propriety.
　Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding usage permission.

◆YouTube Monetization & Content ID:
　Due to YouTube Content ID registration, monetization of "Utattemita" (cover) videos or other derivative content is not possible.
　Please refrain from inquiring about monetization.

◆Secondary Creation & Unauthorized Use:
　We do not respond to inquiries regarding secondary creations (fan art/covers).
　Please refrain from any use that exceeds the bounds of common sense.
　Furthermore, unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of audio and illustrations used in Guchiry’s works is strictly prohibited.

◆Social Media Conduct:
　Please refrain from making extreme or controversial statements on social media while using Guchiry’s characters as your icon/avatar (including fan art).
　Additionally, impersonating Guchiry’s characters to make extreme remarks is strictly prohibited.
